Timeshares are normally rented by the week, with check-in after 4pm on Fridays and checkout by 11am on the following Friday. Shorter stays can be negotiated with the owner. Rental for the unit is paid directly to the owner. The weekly cleaning fee for each unit is $55 for units 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13,15, and 17. $60 for units 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, and 18, $65 for units 19-32, and $70 for units 33-38. Units are purchased directly from the owners. Please contact the owner directly if you are interested in any of the units listed for sale.
The schedule shows the dates each unit listed would be available. Each owner has their unit for 1 week each quarter. In addition to the purchase costs, owners are responsible for quarterly condo fees, a modest annual property tax, and an annual Kala Point Association Fee. These vary depending on the size of the unit and can be obtained by the owner or our office staff.
