Owners may rent, trade or sell their units. All transactions are handled directly with the individual owners.  Our office will be happy to answer questions about the resort or individual units that are being rented or sold.  If you are a RCI or Interval International member you may be able to exchange your Kala Point timeshare property for one that is associated with those organizations.
Rentals
Short-term rental agreements are made directly with our owners.  If you are interested in any of these units, please contact the unit owner listed in the current rental listings.

Timeshares are normally rented by the week, with check-in after 4pm on Fridays and checkout by 11am on the following Friday. Shorter stays can be negotiated with the owner. 

​Cleaning and Pet fees are paid in cash or check to the office when you register.
Sales
Units are purchased directly from the owners.  Please contact the owner directly if you are interested in any of the units listed for sale.

The schedule shows the dates each unit listed would be available. Each owner has their unit for 1 week each quarter.  In addition to the purchase costs, owners are responsible for quarterly condo fees, a modest annual property tax, and an annual Kala Point Association Fee.  These vary depending on the size of the unit and can be obtained by the owner or our office staff.

Those considering acquiring KPVA properties should check the account balance on the desired unit prior to purchase as unpaid dues/assessments to KPVA and KPOA will become the responsibility of the new owner, per RCW 64.34.364 (12).
